    Mud Sorcerer's Tomb in Greyhawk

I have been reading up on the Mud Sorcerer's Tomb adventure and have wondered if there is a Canon place for it in the World of Greyhawk and where others have placed it in their Greyhawk.

I am not so hardcore that I cannot put my own spin on things. So please feel free to tell me anything.

Just curious about this adventure. Thanks in Advance

    Scoti,

No canon placement for it. There was a recent thread on this - http://www.canonfire.com/cf/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=3335. I've never run it and been awhile since I read it (the 3e remake, I don't have the original), but I agree with whoever says an ancient Flan location. Maybe in the Abbor Alz near the Bright Lands.

IMC the mud sorcerers were a weird and small cabal of powerful mages, not tied to any particular culture or belief but coming from different parts of the Flanaess. Tzolo's dungeon was placed by me in the northeastern foothills of the Barrier Peaks, about halfway between Lopolla and Thornward where the Bramblewood and the hills meet.

Potential Spoilers Players do not Read.

    ***** Potential Spoilers*******

    Hey Scott,

I loved this adventure. It worked well in my setting, and the events that occured there are shaping my campaign going forward. It worked very well for me in the Rushmoors, and it integrated well with this history of Vecna and the Sheldomar.

Be aware that there are many items and magical effects that are contained.

One of my male players is now playing a female bard. They have a floating ship that they would die to keep. Now that they have the keystone, they are thinking of having the temple cleansed and making it a hidden fortress. THey have several near artifact level items. Oh, and they have princes of elemental evil angry with them.

Just so you know, it is a complex and complicating adventure.
