I am not sure when this happened, but The Oerth Journal website has apparently been hacked.
Until things are set right, I strongly recommended that you not download anything from the site, even if a web page looks normal, as the files may have been replaced with mal-ware and other nastiness.

Fixed. It was a index file replacement. Really the guy needs to go take a bath facedown in a pool of oil imho. What a wanker.
