    This is the same as Lake Spendlowe, which is shown to be the source of the Hool River in UK2 The Sentinel, and also described as such in the Living Greyhawk Gazetteer. Also, the map in Sea of Death shows it to be the same place as Lake Spendlowe.

    I saw it on the Rob Lazzaretti map from Dungeon Magazine too. I didn't know it was called Spendlowe, thanks.
