I haven't read the Gord books in a while, but if I remember correctly, Orcus made an appearance at some point, perhaps only briefly to ally w/ or oppose Grazz't? Can someone confirm or deny, or for that matter give me an overview of any dealings Orcus has had (from any source material) w/ the denizens of Oerth?

My memory is equally hazy. I think Orcus may have appeared briefly. Part of the books were set in the Abyss. I think Orcus may have made an appearance there.

Other than what's mentioned above, the only reference I can recall is Gygax's allusion that Iuz may have been a "by-blow" of Orcus, which turns out not to be true, IIRC. Other than that, zilch in my memory.
