    House of Yust

I was reminiscing about an old character and the sword that got away, named Harlrun, which appeared in Greyhawk Ruins. I thumbed through a copy and saw (p. 74) that it was forged in the Great Kingdom for the House of Yust. I don’t remember seeing this name anywhere, but I haven’t read any Greyhawk novels, and Ivid is too large of a volume for me to recollect with that sort of precision.

Is anyone aware of any other references to a House of Yust from (or perhaps from what was once part of) the Great Kingdom?

It would be pretty easy to dismiss as a minor house of no particular note, but I think the sword is too potent to belong to a family of nobody’s.

The house is not referenced in Ivid. I did a "find" on both the .doc and .pdf.

I'm certain that the House of Yust hasn't appeared in relation to the Great Kingdom anywhere else in Canon.

It's possible they could have been a minor house that found temporary favour with some overking or other. Hence the forging of a powerful blade by the Court Mage/Artificer for them as a reward for some service (great or small). However, court politics may have taken its toll on them and they fell from grace without leaving much of a mark on the high histories of the Great Kingdom.

Alternatively, you could interpret them as an early Aerdi clan that were powerful in the very earliest days of Aerdy, but who subsequently lost out to or were absorbed by one of the named Celestial Houses.
