    ok, maybe you are all a little annoyed with my noob questions, but if not, please help me again Embarassed

    i have the "tsr01015 - World of Greyhawk Map" map, but i dont know about the distances.

    each hex mean what distance?

    how many hex can i travel by horse and by foot?

    Ah, that is the ubiquitous and esteemed Darlene Pikul map from the World of Greyhawk boxed set of 1983.

    Each hexagon is thirty miles, or ten leagues. A traveler on foot on a road or well maintained trail can probably go 24 miles or 5/6ths of a hex. A traveler on horseback might go 32 to 35 miles per day, just over one hex.
