James Mishler all-settings map: anyone have hi res file?

James Mishler created a multi-settings map with GH, Blackmoor, The Known World, The Wilderlands of High Fantasy, etc. at http://i275.photobucket.com/albums/jj303/Treebore/Campaign_world_map1-Copy.jpg

Apparently he has lost the original full resolution version of the above file: does anyone here happen to have a copy? (Perhaps chatdemon??).

James is the one actually looking for the file---he's lost the original. Sorry if I wasn't clear.
