    Blackthorn

Hi everyone, I would like to know if and how I can get the sourcebook GOF3 - Blackthorn. I have seen it listed in the the Greyhawk Modules Locations index on this very site, but I have never seen the actual module anywhere...

By the way, it's for a campaign in which I'm the DM and details about this humanoid city would be very helpful.

    Thanks in advance!

    Elceph, welcome to Canonfire! Happy

Glad you found the site. I'm sorry that I can't answer your question except to say check Amazon or Ebay, as many Greyhwak source materials can be found there. Perhaps Paizo may still have it. Confused

But others far more knowledgeable than I am about such things will be dropping by "shortly." So, "stay tuned!" Wink

And welcome again. We're all looking forward to your participation and contributions to the site. Cool

It's sort of a mini adventure contained in the "Greyhawk: Gem of the Flanaess" booklet which is part of the City of Greyhawk boxed set. You can usually find the boxed set on ebay in the $ 40-50 range. If all you want is the info on Blackthorn though, most of the information is contained in the Blackthorn section of the adventure "Slavers" which can probably found a little cheaper than that.

    Thanks, Mystic Scholar!

Elceph, there's a used copy of Slavers on Amazon for $10. Probably about as cheap as you're going to find it. I just checked my copies and the two versions aren't that different. The one in City of GH is the older (game time) version. The one in Slavers has some additional caverns, having been extended in the intervening years. Different monsters of course, but basically humanoids in both versions.
