Any idea what Yarth looks like beyond what is listed in the Sagard books? Any idea on the number continents?

Yarth is Yggsburgh I think. Aerth was the campaign that was crushed by TSR I believe

No, the world of Troll Lord's Castles & Crusades RPG is Aihrde.

Apparently they changed the spelling. From the wikipedia article:

    Quote:
    Aihrde
Once named Erde, Aihrde is Troll Lord Games' home setting. Originally a setting for use with Dungeons & Dragons, a summary of the setting was originally available in the World of Aihrde Folio. Books like The Free City of Eskadia expand on the setting by covering sections in more detail. A full campaign setting, The Codex of Aihrde, was released in 2015.

Oh, apparently the East Mark Gazetteer has Yggsburgh and Castle Zagyg set on the World of Urth.

Erde is German (word) for Earth and Aihrde is a "pronunciation variant" (never writen in this form in German) of Erde.
    Like Earth and Oerth.
