Property is more or less distributed evenly, with every hobgoblin getting a fair share of arms and amor. But plunder is assigned on a strict seniority basis-the chieftains, sub-chiefs, and those who perform best in battle will get the most treasure. But, again, the strict regimentation and ranking of hobgoblin society means that any hobgoblin who gets too greedy and steps out of line will likely be severely punished.
Orcs are lawful, but there's still some elements of chaos within them. Hobgoblins, however, are as lawful as you can get. |
