Warduke's ethniticty

Tried to see if there were existing posts about Warduke, but the search didn't work for me.

What's Warduke's ethnicity? He's human, but Oeridian, Flan, Suel, Baklunish, or mixed? I feel that he's probably Oeridian, but I thought I would check to see if anyone has gone into him a bit deeper than the articles (the Dungeon magazine issue with his details didn't mention it, as I recall).

This was brought up entirely because I bought the recent action figure of him. Not going to pretend there's another reason!
