No, there are no planet references in the text that I can recall. There's just that one Judges Guild map that shows placement in the Judges Guild world at the same time Judges Guild was releasing FFC ...

There's also the OD&D Supplement II which is called Blackmoor and the First Fantasy Campaign which places Blackmoor on a different planet. I don't know how that corresponds to the d20 Blackmoor b ...
