Topographical map of the Flanaess

Never having played more than a few modules in the setting, I've decided to run a campaign for my kids and their friends, and have jumped into Greyhawk with both feet,
I like to plan out campaign weather for 2 -4 weeks. Page 18 of the Glossography has a wonderful tool, with only 1 missing element, altitude.
Is there a map, or any other reference for that matter, detailing altitude above sea level for the various topographical features/cities of the Flanaess?
I could take a couple of days and estimate for my campaign, but if it already exists, I'd rather stay true to canon.

As for the weather I use this wonderful tool:

For topography I'll be glad to have canon indications as well !

Take a look at Anna Meyer's site ghmaps.net. She has done some experimenting with topographical maps.

Anna's beautiful maps is one of the first places I looked. I'll check again to see if there is a layer I missed.

What I'll be delighted to find is indications about elevation for cities, mountains etc. but I don't think this material exists...

No luck with additional study of the Anna Maps. I think we had a few recent forum discussions, but they were more talking about elevation in broad terms. For my project, I am planning to key localities with latitudes and elevations, but I guess I shall have to generate them largely myself.
