				| Strange late at night thoughts.
So Earth's moon, Luna always presents the same face to Earth. The phases change, but the crater patterns we can see don't.

Do Oerth's moons exhibit the ame behavior?

				| Celene is tidally locked. The Nearside features more mountain ranges and volcanoes, while the Farside is a mishmash of thousands of overlapping craters, a legacy of an asteroid bombardment thousands (or millions) of years in the past. [Greyspace, page 10]
Luna is not tidally locked. It rotates on its axis every eight hours. [Greyspace, page 17] However, its surface features are obscured by clouds. [Greyspace, page 18]

In my current campaign Luna is a vast starship which is in ruins. There are transporters to the ship in several places including a basement in the City of Greyhawk which my players are destined to stumble into.

				| I did it.
First one is a video titled "That's no moon. It's a space station. "

Second one is titled ""IT'S NOT A MOON" — A Bad Lip Reading of Star Wars."

I thought it might be to the show Starlost. Im thinking Heinlein's Orphans of the Sky and Niven's Ringworld although I will robabvly use my WEG death star plans for some mapping.

				| Now I'm reminded of Transformers: Beastwars which took place on an ancient Earth with two moons — the second being a super weapon in case the "alien experiment" that was Earth went awry. | |

				| Yeah, CGI animated… although it came out in the mid-90's so, naturally, it doesn't hold up so well.
