Hello everyone, I am still looking for some more authors to write a few country half-pages if anyone wants to participate. The goal of this initiative is to help out DMs who are new to GH.

This is what you will be contributing to. If you click on the link below and select a Country from the left hand side fun stuff will occur: the location will appear on the map and the half-page write-up will appear below.

The working Forum for this initiative is called "Touring the Flanaess". The countries still looking for an author are listed under the Topic "List of countries Available_Reserved_Completed".

Very good stuff! However, Highfolk seems to be forgotten. Yet it is an important part of the fight against Iuz.

Do you want to do the country half-page write up? We are looking for authors and you seem to know/be interested in the region. I can help guide you in how to prepare it.

ok, i reserved the Vale of Highfolk for you.

The best thing to do is join the Canonfire Discord channel. The link is on the menu to the left. From there, just send me a Private Message or go to the general chat and send me a hello there (Rich "Longetalos" D).

Read the Touring the Flanaess sticky thread on Guidelines for submission and read a few examples to get your oriented on what we are looking for.

Basically the goal is to help DM who are new to GH to select, in your case, Highfolk as an ideal area to campaign in.

Hello everyone,

I don't know if you noticed, but there is a new and shiny button on the top left of the menu called "Touring the Flanaess". If you click on that you get to a map of the Flanaess where you can click on a country and get the half-page write-up for that country.

New upate, we now have the Zavoda index hooked up to the nations and things are smoother in general.

Hey everyone, the postcards (or half-pages) are coming along nicely. I am still looking for a few more authors. The following seven countries are the last left available:

- Tusmit
- Bissel
- Tiger nomads
- Shield lands
- County of Urnst
- Idee
- Spindrift isles

We have 15 countries in work and 43 complete. So the initiative is doing really well.

Hey all,

Status update. We have completed 45 Postcards and have 13 countries reserved (waiting for authors to send their text).

I am still looking for authors for the last seven countries if you'd like to help close this initiative out.

I have received a lot of positive feedback from people new to Greyhawk who have used this resource so it is a worthwhile community project.

By process of elimination, it turns out the most hated country in the Flanaess is the County of Urnst :).

It is the last country without an author. So if you are interested in participating and authoring a country postcard, this is it.
