Blackguards in Greyhawk

I'm looking for a list of Greyhawk deities known to count blackguards among their worshipers. Hextor is an obvious choice, but I'm interested in less obvious choices. Before I reinvent the wheel, is anyone aware of such a list?

The Living Greyhawk Journal had a series called "Paladins of Oerth" that named a lot of gods that could have paladins. I'd take that list and figure out what the opposite numbers of those deities are.

That'd include:

Hextor (opposite of Heironeous)
Nerull (opposite of Pelor)
Incabulos (one of the prime enemies of Rao)
Tharizdun (enemy of Pelor and Rao)
Xazivort (one of the demonic enemies of Pholtus)
Munkir and Nekir (enemies of Azor'alq)
Syrul (enemy of Delleb)
Iuz (enemy of St. Cuthbert and Murlynd)
St. Kargoth (enemy of Murlynd)
Elemental Princes of Evil (enemies of Al'Akbar)

I'd also add:

Maglubiyet
Gruumsh
Vaprak
Erythnul
Laduguer
Urdlen
Diirinka
Beltar
Wee Jas
Asmodeus
Baalzebul
Geryon
Baalzephon ("Baalzy")
Demogorgon
Lolth
Graz'zt
Pazuzu
Zuggtmoy
Baphomet
Yeenoghu
Orcus (enemy of St. Bane)
Anthraxus
Bubonix
Typhus
The githyanki Lich-Queen (not a goddess, but a classic source of anti-paladins)

I'm sure there are more! Vecna might be a reasonable choice, and there may even be canonical blackguards of Vecna that I'm too lazy to look up right now.

Rasgon's list is pretty exhaustive, so I can only offer some supporting evidence.

Regarding Demogorgon, he is the originator of the Death Knights in Greyhawk canon, so it is quite reasonable to believe that there would be Blackguards officially in his service - more so than many of the other powers listed.

For reference, see the Savage Tide Adventure Path (Dungeon Magazine #139-150), Dragon Magazine #357, p. 29, and the 1st edition Fiend Folio.

This group venerates all of the original death knights, & likely counts blackguards among its numbers: http://www.canonfire.com/wiki/index.php?title=Sunsebb_Sodality

According to Living Greyhawk, The Bandit Kingdoms, Iuz turned at least a couple of fallen paladins into Death Knights.

I don't want to risk violating copywrite, though, so I won't give you any more specifics without Aurdraco's permission. Please check with him. The relevent LG scenarios are:
BDK6i-02 Of Weapons, War, and Woe.
BDK6-08 Of Ruin, Restitution, and Revival
BDK7i-05 Bandits in the County
BDK7-06 Trouble at Harpy Hollow
