I'm going to try to rewrite my article on the Dragonborn. I have got writer's block. The dragonborn of the Draconic Imperium of Lynn will be rewritten. I'll have to start again from scratch.
I placed them mostly north of Lhynn. Mixing dragon-riders and half-dragons seems... weird.
In Ravilla, it makes perfect sense, since they have such a close association to the good dragons. The original 2000 Chainmail background gave them half-dragons, so it's a natural fit.
