Henkus - Blue Dragon.

Can anyone provide me with information - canon, or fan-created - on the blue dragon, Henkus?

He is listed in the Deadly Denizens link to the left side of this website, but not even a location is given. Google can't even find a reference, suggesting that he may be from an old adventure not available online.

It isn't critical, but I am curious - especially since I can't even find a source for the name.
