It's an archived bio from a show about a decade ago, the only Dragon Con I ever attended. I remember Randy running his ancient Suel "Age of Glory" super-adventure for a few tables throughout the weekend.

Apparently Dragon Con keeps its bios up forever. Every few years someone posts this as if it is news.
