i cant tell the diference between World of Greyhawk Discussion and Welcome to Greyhawk foruns.

one is for rules and other for no-rules subjects?

The WoG Discussion forum is more for general questions, notes, announcements and observations about the setting. The Welcome to GH forum is more for new people just introducing themselves to the members of CF!, announcing that you're here. As far as which forum to post to use your own judgment. For example your cool cultists post could easily fit into the "The "official" 2008 Greyhawk Webcomic thread!" in the WoG Discussion forum. It's not off-topic because its related to GH so it's fine to go there. Personally I think it was cool enough to deserve it's own thread in the Discussion forum! Don't be afraid to post stuff to the Discussion forum. Most people focus on that forum. If something belongs in another forum the administrators will probably move it there. Hope this helps.
