I looked for previous posts. Didn't see any, so sorry if this has been covered.
The teleport spells obviously teleports the one casting the spell and an allotted amount of weight (depending on level).
My question is this: Does that weight allow for additional people or just material items? I understand the caster must be touching the item(s).

Yes, the weight may include others (and their equipment).

I would assume it would only require a to hit roll vs ac 10 (minus dex, etc but no armor) since it teleports person and items. Tag, you teleported.

I'd agree that it is a "grapple" (touch-based) attack, base AC 10 with Dex and magical item bonuses applying.
