Great Iron Cylinder of Cantona

Was there any further info on the great iron cylinder that the Orcs were using slave labor to build a mile north of Cantona in Slavers?

Slavers, pg. 61 seems to be the only resource for this item. It implies that it lies on its side like a rolling pin or a tin can. So it is not a tower.

My 2 cents - Orcs are lawful evil creatures that will worship anyone exhibiting similar mindsets and dominance with the promise of power, perhaps an arch-devil, again lawful evil. Could this inspired creation have come from Dispater, the iron duke, who also resides in a great iron tower/cylinder on the second level of Hell? Perhaps it was meant to be a tower for one of his Oerth bound agents to rule and act from, but the orcs oriented it wrong. Dispater lost interest after it fell over and crushed his cult leader, and so it has remained.

But what lies within? Perhaps it is not stationary and it is rolling ever so slowly down the hill toward Catona and the anti-makic field. Once there, who knows what things will escape from the magic prisons within?

Cheers.
