Are "Gruagach" native to Geyhawk canon?

Grugach first show up in Dragon #67, in an article featuring the grugach and valley elves, plus cooshee specifically for Greyhawk.

rtaylor's Dragon Magazine Greyhawk Article Index is great for looking up old magazine articles, and lots of Greyhawk stuff first appeared in Dragon magazine. Here is a link to it:

Others will no doubt be able to give you specifics on where grugach first appeareed in an adventure, and where they likely to roam in the Flanaess.
