I was thinking the Cultist of the Dragon was for Eberron. The Cults of the Dragon Below are a prominent religious, though fragmented and unorganized, belief in that setting.

The Cultist of the Dragon is a shoe in b/c of its look (Tharizdun-worshipping-looking robes) and for its uses as a Earth Dragon Cult member. Being easy to find, its a good recommendation for GH usage. I have more than can be shoed in but this one just spoke to me. _________________ Cheerz,
