Dear Fellow Canoneers,

I need help. I need more information on Sterich (and Istivin). I have downloaded an article from canonfire dealing with the Sheldomar Valley. I have the three part Dungeon Magazine adventure (117-119) and "Headless" from the Nov/Dec 2001 Issue. I have many maps of the neighboring areas.
And, of course, I have the Gazetteer.

I just want more. Is there anymore?

Lastly, what Earth parallel would you use to equate with Sterich's culture?

Well culturally, it's a Keoish colony gone seriously feudal. So whatever you concieve the Keoish to be, but fragmented into vast numbers of petty nobility. The description in the LGG and the geography makes me think of Austria with the politics of England or France during their baronial wars - or one made up of a thousand Lichtensteins. The Sterish nobles sound like some of the petty lords, knights and hedge knights from GRR Martin's Westeros - paying lipservice to ancient laws and traditions when it suits them, while scheming and plotting against each other all the while.
