Has anyone had a chance to read this? I just recently found a copy - and I'm a little nervous... Confused

This has always been one of my favorite all-time mods, right up there with the GDQ series (and you saw what they did to that in the books!). Anyone think it was worth it?

out of all of that series i feel tomb of horrors was the best in my hunble opion

I suppose the (relative) lack of a plot in the module left the author open for a lot of interperetaion, but... Tharizdun? And the Scarlet Brotherhood? Confused

I kinda liked the fairy, but Polk was more fun, especially in badger form.

I'm a ways into this book now, and I must say, quite impressed. Up till now, my favorite in the Greyhawk books was 'Against the Giants' - this is a close pitch for first. Inside the Tomb itself (so far) I've been able to read with a copy of the original module next to me and track the partys progress on the map. That is something I love to be able to do. The one thing about AtG that bugged me was that a full half of the book was devoted to the Steading of the Hill Giants, but so little of the book dealt with G2 or G3. (they seemed very glossed over to me). So far, though, ToH is a hit.

I enjoyed ToH the novel. IIRC, there was another thread some time ago about which novels were worth digging into and which were best avoided.

Relatedly, is Bibgy's Curse (the Endless Quest book) worth picking up?

Grodog, "Bigby´s Curse" is a bit teen-mooded and displays some canon contradictions (such as giving Bigby´s a pseudodragon´s familiar - not Edwina), but has its moments.
