I'd like to use it in a game, but don't know where on Oerth you can enter the Inn! Help, please?

Issue #351 of Dragon has a full article on the World Serpent Inn. The issue also has a Greyhawk article entitled Irongate: City of Stairs which provides a link to the World Serpent Inn, via Helkam's Pit (page 43). Using these two articles in conjuction together should be of assistance to you.

"The Pit contains Itongate's link to the World Serpent Inn". This quote from page 43 allows me to believe that there are more than one however. I read the articles at the time (or most of them) and recall liking them. I'm sure others will be able to give you more information as this thread proceeds, but hopefully this will get you started out on your quest.

Temporary portals to the World Serpent Inn can appear anywhere, but the main ones are in Irongate and in Greyhawk City (there's an inn in Greyhawk called the Wild Goose (labeled A18 in the Artisan's Quarter) that can provide reliable access to the World Serpent, according to LGJ#2).
