somewere is stated taht theres a sanctuary of Rao, god of peace , serenity and such.
here in canonfire! theres a awesome work about furyondy (http://www.canonfire.com/cf/modules.php?name=News&file=article&thold=-1&mode=flat&order=0&sid=711), and in the littleberg entry say that they are "old fashion", as in "why change if things are doing great" way.
any thoghts about Old Faith?
would there be a "old school" and a "older school" relation betwen citizens of littleberg by accepting both religions?
what do you thing is suppose to be life in a "archaically anachronistic" (as mentioned by the autor)?

Baron Jemian is a follower of Rao, and the is a Raoan monastery in the town of Pantarn. The folk of Littleberg are known for being decent, kind accepting people. The baron's wife is a worshiper of Pelor, which could well point to an Old Faith connection, although it is probably most popular in rural, isolated areas, and possibly near where border meets the Vesve.

new question:
i decide that a npc uncle live here.
he pretend to be justa salesman, but he is a sage, and he study about the ocult.
one day, a priest of Rao ( a little insane one) discovered and thought about how those studies could bring trouble to the city.
he convince some acolyts to go with him and "get rid of the crazy old guy", killing him.
the thing:
by doing this, i presume Rao left him..or not?
i mean, he truly believe that he is acting by his god will..
any ideas?

Rao leaves him. Deities judge by what they think is right or wrong, not what one of their followers thinks is right or wrong. The person in question might or might not receive mercy, depending on the diety's nature and the nature of their crime, but doing something because "I thought I was doing the right thing" just won't get you off the hook completely.

Rao would most definitely be disappointed in this priest, but how would he react? I can't really say although the section on Raoist dogma in the LGG does say that violence should be met with action, governed by reason and wisdom. It's hard to think of some Raoists doing what you describe, but then religion (among other things) can make people do crazy things. The only thing that might convince them to turn away from the path of violence would be direct interference by Rao, but he doesn't want to do that.

Rao is definitely not Pholtus.
While Pholtus is very "militant" in meteing out his idea of justice, Rao is a more tolerant deity. Rao would have prefered that his priest find another way to handle the situation.
In this particular case, the priest would have been "turned out" of the church proper. Rao just might send another priest to try and redeem this one. But, in the mean time, your priest has "lost" his priesthood. _________________ Mystic's web page: http://melkot.com/mysticscholar/index.html
