    Art in Greyhawk Adventures

I've recently been browsing through the Greyhawk Adventures hardback (http://www.canonfire.com/wiki/index.php?title=Greyhawk_Adventures) in an attempt to figure out which illustrations were created specifically for the hardback, & which ones were recycled art (of which there are several).

I suspect that the original pieces were all done by Jeff Easley (he is credited thus: "Interior Art: Jeff Easley. Also Jeff Dee, Diesel, Larry Elmore, Jim Holloway, Erol Otus, Dave Sutherland, Dave Trampier, Gary Williams." --p.2).

Can anyone help identify which pieces are original & which are recycled?

Here's what I have so far:
