    New Empyrea/Aquaria is part of canon Oerth, as per Gygax.

    So, is the 'earthblood' mentioned in Egg of the Phoenix the same thing as 'Oerthblood'?

    Off the cuff I'd say why not. Having not reading the context of what earthblood is, I don't know for sure.

    Probably not. Oerthblood is a magical metal, while earthblood is essentially a fantasy petroleum.
