Alhamazad the wise (M19; Hp 39; S 7, I 18, W 17, D 13, C 8, Ch 14; AL LN)

I know the first part up to Rary is from a Greytalk post from Stephane Tanguy, which is also avialable for download on this site.
My question is where do the stats on Mordy as a Mage26 come from? I checked Rot8 and it lists only the last 5 and not Mardenkainen or Bigby.
Also if anyone knows where the docfile is from that would help too.

Mordenkainen 26?

Mordy's stats are redfined in the Epic Level Player's Handbook on page 308-309. He's 27th Level, 175 hps, Str 10, Dex 17, Con 18, Int 27, Wis 15, Ch 18. His "Silver Key of Portals" is described there as well.

Hope this helps. His actual background is very sketchy. Is there a complete history on this guy anywhere? Some kind of compilation would be a great topic.

Thanks. But while I don't have ELH, I was aware of his stats in there and looked them over in a shop once.

My question is does anyone know where the supposedly 2E stats of Mordy as M26 are from?
Or if they don't exist, does anyone know why he made such a leap in level going from 20 to 27 while others like Rary only gained one level.

Oh and for youre question:

Found this on the web:
Quote:

Mordenkainen
Mordenkainen is an extremely powerful archmage who appears middle-aged but is much older. He has cropped black hair, brown eyes, and a black beard streaked with silver. A brilliant thinker, Mordenkainen feels responsible for the Flanaess and Manipulates political and military events to suit his vision of what the flanaess should be. Mordenkainen serves as a director for the Circle of Eight.
Mordenkainen lives in his obsidian citadel in the Yatils, but he also travels disguised as a merchant to learn facts on his own. The Citadel houses Mordenkainen's unequaled library which is said to contain spell books of every known spell (except those designed by individual wizards), intelligent reports from across the continent, and a detailed and continually updated history of the Flanaess. Only Bigby and Tenser know of his homes precise location.
