    Divinty Feats Greyhawk style

I thought I would get this started even though I have no clue how to do it. Our groups cleric worships Olidammara and is miffed at the loss of his sneaky powers, which, I pointed out, he'd only had since 3e anyway.

Anybody got any ideas how to square the circle on divinity feats for the missing Greyhawk Gods?

That's a tough one. I haven't actually tried coming up with new divinity feats yet, or pretty much anything new yet. I'd tell your cleric player that first he needs to grab the multiclass feat for rogues, and the two of you need to craft some sort of encounter power, maybe based off an at will for rogues? or a daily based off a rogue encounter power...

As a fellow player of a cleric of Olidammara, the biggest thing I looked for was invisibility, sneak attack, and at higher levels, the freedom of movement stuff. So find those powers (I'm not at home), up rarity (or not since its costing a feat - especially if its got another as a prereq. I could see invis having the rogue multiclass as a prereq), and voila, new divinity feat.

Yeah I agree. Rogue multiclass and the Infiltrator paragon path look like good compromises if you burn a feat on a rapier.

With regard to the divinity feats, I think going back to 1e is the best option, where the clerics had a limited number of additional powers. So a feat that grants a 4e version of Tasha's Irresistable Laughter (e.g. grants combat advantage, save ends) or possibly the Bardic Charm power (e.g. daze while speaking or performing, sustain minor, save ends) might be good options.
