    New Greyhawk Campaign

    Hi Folks,

I have discovered rpol.net a few months ago and am currently starting a new Greyhawk 3.5e campaign. I'm pretty low-tech, so don't expect state of the art mapping, but if you enjoy good roleplay and can't stand the min/max way of gaming, you might want to check it out.
I still have a few spaces open.
    The game is here:

My screen name is bugscuttle there. I'd love to hear from some of the canonfire people!
    thanks

It looks like a fun campaign beginning, Bugsy. Wish I had the time. I like how you're offering so many Greyhawk-specific options in your game. Smile

Uh, oh! I see you let a half-elven bard slip into your game. I hope the Dungeon Bastard doesn't get wind of it. Shocked Razz

Hey amigo, we roll 3.5e, where anybody can be anything! (jk)
I know 3.5 is often abused my the min/max crowd, but I never did see the logic of having neither hobniz clerics nor half-euroz fighters allowed, or the like. It just never made sense to me.

I have great hopes for the game, now that a respected sage of note is aboard!

3.5e is the best of the D&D versions, in my opinion, though I have migrated over to Pathfinder now, myself. I like the myriad options and min/maxing is just fine with me. That way, I have no qualms about running the bad guys equally min/maxed. Wink

I have to agree with you Sir X. I think D&D reached the peak of playability with 3.5e.
But opinions certainly differ! (Esp. here!)

Methinks that Mystic and I prefer an 'earlier' version... Wink
