I was looking for information on a diety (neheod) from a paladin in hell, and came across this, is this cannon or fan made.

It's fan-made. Only the lands from Fireland to "Antaria" are canon. Also, "Antaria" has no canon name.

The other continents are Golarion, the default world of the Pathfinder RPG. It's not canonically part of the same world as Oerth, though some have placed it there.

Ghelspad and Termana are part of the Scarred Lands campaign setting, which is very different from either Golarion or Oerth.

I don't think you'll find much on Neheod beyond what's in the module. He was created for A Paladin in Hell and never appeared anywhere else.

Neheod has some similarities to Pelor, if you have info on his Clergy and Powers.
