There are a great many bits of RPG supplements on the internet. Some are top notch, others less so. At the top of my list are, of course, the Oerth Journal and the articles here on Canonfire. But I just want to throw out there a few other resources that most of you probably already use, but if you have not used them or looked them up, do yourself a favor and give them a try. These are some of my personal favorites. What sets them apart are the high quality of their products.

Plus, these are all free. When I say free, I do not mean some sketchy downloads of copyrighted published materials, but original materials that are being offered for your private use and enjoyment by the authors for nothing. So I do not think this will run afoul of our standards of practice on these forums. So here are three resources that you can check out and please add any that I missed on this thread.

Footprints - the web zine of Dragonsfoot, home of First Edition D&D fan materials. The zine Footprints is just terrific, capturing the old 1e style perfectly. If you do not regularly check out what is new on Dragonsfoot, then you are missing out! There are house rules, adventure modules, and all sorts of old school goodness being posted on a frequent basis on this site. To include the L4 and L5 Len Lakofka Lendor Island modules! Available here: http://www.dragonsfoot.org/

& Magazine - a web zine that is supposed to "fill in the gaps" between the old Dungeon and Dragon magazines. Great stuff in these issues as well. The latest issue of & Magazine is Number 13, released September 2016, with another one due soon. So these are very recent. Additionally, there is a long running series on a megadungeon called Castle Triskelion that is available for downloading, along with a couple of pdf supplements and adventure packs. Available here: http://www.and-mag.com/

Finally, this last one is not an AD&D resource per se, but is a fine example of the "retro-clone" game. I am talking about Mazes and Minotaurs! The fun part of it is that it is a working RPG that is both a parody and a homage to the old school games. It is written with a fake history as the original fantasy RPG from the 1970's, as if D&D were based on the ancient greek myths rather than a medieval type setting, which adds to the enjoyment. There are modules, supplements, zines, and two "editions" of this game. All of it downloadable and free of charge. The best parts are the captions and asides that are sprinkled throughout the narratives. Check it out: http://storygame.free.fr/MAZES.htm

There is an emphasis on the "Old School Revival" here. That is what interests me as an old grognard DM. These may not be your cup of tea, but let us share what else is out there for the good of the order!

Happy Gaming!

Good topic. I love & Magazine and Footprints. If you like those, it's worth tracking down the six physical issues of AFS Magazine.

I've bookmarked hundreds of GH web sources over the years, but they're poorly organized and out of date. Here's a handful from the top of the heap:

http://paizo.com/dungeon/resources/downloads

http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=lg/arch/dndlg

http://www.seankreynolds.com/rpgfiles/greyhawk/greyhawk.html

http://www.greyhawkonline.com/grodog/greyhawk.html

http://web.archive.org/web/20041209145725/http://www.tc.umn.edu/~monax002/Council/resources/novels/loreqk.html

http://www.melkot.com/locations/cogh/cogh.html

http://www.skerrigan.co.uk/Onnwal/

I've done a "year in review" the last couple of years that contain some free GH sources, among other things:
2016
http://www.canonfire.com/cf/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=8538

2015
http://www.canonfire.com/cf/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=6232

Finally, these forums are an incredible resource and I love the search feature. Unfortunately, the link is broken and it doesn't work very well anymore even with the right address, but here you go:

I'll toot my own horn and suggest my Greyhawk Grognard blog:

www.greyhawkgrognard.com

There are also:

http://greyhawkery.blogspot.com/

http://ghmaps.net/

http://dyverscampaign.blogspot.com/

http://playingattheworld.blogspot.com/

There are of course many more, but those are at the top of my current list.

These are great links! This is exactly what I was talking about, sharing other spots for content really are the labors of love for the setting.

Thanks for sharing and if anyone else out there has some links to share, please pass them on.

Coincidentally I've done a blog redesign on Greyhawkery. Adding more content in the form of player primers (work in progress). Some of my lists I'm attempting to hew toward "modern" 5E play, but the core information will always be old Gold box 576 CY centric. Enjoy.

I maintain a list of useful GH-related links at http://www.greyhawkonline.com/grodog/gh_links.html and it's pretty current.

Allan.

I forgot another great link. Follow this thread for a bunch of fan made D&D modules:

Again, my emphasis is on the old school but any good idea can be a gold mine if you look carefully enough.
