You'll pretty much have to use the 2e to 3e conversion booklet/pdf and go in reverse if you really feel the need to follow a format of some kind.
As 2e is very much simplified compared to 3e, this should not be much of a problem at any rate. Multi-classed characters will simply become 2e multi-classed or dual-classed with the same amount of xp divided accordingly. As to converting creatures with templates you'll have to be a bit more creative. Half-whatevers and fiendish whatevers(and similar things) will simply become unique creatures in 2e, with abilities that you will have to set. Just follow the guidelines for the creatures. Spell-like abilities will simply transfer over. You might wish to have some abilities function as they do in 3e+. You are the dm, and ultimately things will be how you want them to be.
Because of the huge amount of variety that 3e+ offers there can be no hard and fast rules that will cover everything. You can of course always post your conversions here for feedback. _________________ - Moderator/Admin (in some areas)/Member -
