I saw the same thing. It was posted in conjunction with maps from the PHBII. I don't have this source yet, so I'm not sure if it makes references to it in that book? Of course anyone can make a Hill Giant Stedding, and slap it with whatever setting label they want. Its also not like it's the first time a map has been re-used. Anyone remember the map in the 1rst ed DMG. It was in a Dragon mag, as well as the 3rd. DMG.
