Greyhawk bibliography?

I've been reading Robbastard's 3E bibliography here, and it's very useful! However, does anyone know of a complete Greyhawk bibliography that also covers first and second editions? I'm looking for one that preferably covers Dragon and Dungeon mags too. Does such a thing exist?

The LGJ Index is hosted here on canonfire. It has the first few Living Greyhawk Journals. The unfinished Greyhawk in periodicals index has a few more i believe. It also lists articles from Polyhedron, Dragon and Dungeon and provides links to other indexes.
As for print products there's the TSR Archive's Greyhawk section for 1E and 2E official books.
A very solid source is Russ Taylor's Greyhawk product check list (he doesn't list all the novels and only the very first of the 3E items though)
For more on Greyhawk novels and short stories see this thread on canonfire
The Acaeum has links for the older material such as Supplement IV Greyhawk or the really rare ones like the original Tsojconth. They also have a list of the Adventurer's Guild RPGA tournaments some of which where set in GH. Also some of the more obscure 1E (or older) items like Dungeon Geomorphs or Rogue's Gallery sometimes include GH info.
Grodog collects info about Greyhawk tournaments
There are even more useful sites out there...

Unfortunately i know of no site with a bibliography of downloadable/unpublished material, like for example:
A House on Summoner Court by Roger Moore (2E adventure)
WGR7 Ivid the Undying (2E, a gorgeous pdf version of the unpublished accessory by Carl Sargent)
(2 different covers available here)
Living Greyhawk Journal 0 (3E, introduction to the Circle of Eight)
Duicarthan's Greyhawk magic item conversions from Greyhawk Adventures (3E)
The Living Greyhawk Deities pdf
But here are 3 interesting threads on WotC/gleemax about Greyhawk material:

Try Roger Moore's Revised Greyhawk Campaign Index: http://ulmo.mux.net/greyhawk/wizards.html (near the top).

Thanks Thanael, I had the house on Summoner Court but wasn't aware of those PRG resources.

I have links to some of hte online supplements for 2nd/3rd-hand GH stuff, like Gygax's web enhancement for Slayer's Guide to Dragons (which has Tsojcanth relevance). I think for the most part, though, I've posted such files to the downloads area of CF! (since the original files do disappear sometimes). _________________ Allan Grohe (grodog@gmail.com)

Bump.
Has anyone been updating or making any new GH product indexes recently? I'm particularly interested in 4E references, like a new version of Rabbastard's 3E Bibliography. People have talked about D&D Insider write-ups on Hochoch, a Stone Giant Thane, Iggwilv, etc, but I haven't seen a comprehensive list.
Echohawk's list is good, but it's missing tons of stuff.
