I think G being a devil should be mid-way on the chart. I think possibly information regarding the intrigues of Azzagrat and/or the names and existence of his many sirelings. I use Grazzt and Sigil in my current campaign, and Rule-of-Three certainly does not know that Iuz is technically his brother. This is because I consider that super-secret knowledge.
There are at least three or four noted children of Grazzt out there, and other than those of they who dwell in Azzagrat or Sigil, they likely know nothing of the existence of one another.
I think information regarding his whole deal with Igwilv should be of the highest secrecy. I mean, its not like anyone was there to see what went one between them. Best as I can tell the only way to find out is you have to get Grazzt drunk and as him about the "one that got away."
I generally run my games like knowledge of the Planes is always ridiculously hard to get. However, names of worshiped deities is not always so. For instance, Grazzt being a devil later demonized and then deified may not be so hard to learn, as there are likely cults of Grazzt out there. But there is information that simply cannot be gained of him via any source on Oerth...you would have to have a Planar campaign for such things.
