I'm back with another one, with more standing by on the wings, so here goes:
How many castings of these two spells does it take to magically shut a pair of DOUBLE doors?
Upon reading the descriptions of both these spells, I am under the impression it would take TWO, one for EACH door. The Area of Effect description is more for locking things like gates, methinks, and as doors are each a separate portal 'entity', I would rule it takes TWO independent castings.
I would say it only requires one casting, for either spell, as it is only one doorway/portal, and with only one point to be sealed (door-to-doorjamb for a single door, and door-to-door for a double door).
So, just one spell of either type, whether it be for a single door, double door, revolving door, etc. _________________ - Moderator/Admin (in some areas)/Member -
