Niole Dra Map

Two questions:

It has been a while since I posted here, so I'd like to ask what pre-made map, if any, are you using to represent Niole Dra in your game? Somehow my campaign migrated there and I need more than just the Oerth Journal entry to flesh it out for my PCs.

Lastly, as I understand it, the population is 25,000 folks. Does that number represent permanent city-dwelling adults only? Not children? Not commuters, like politicians from outside the city dwelling in their home districts?

Please and Thank You!

I always thought of Keoland as sort of being like Gondor from Tolkien's work. Thus I would lean towards using Iron Crown Enterprise's maps of Osgiliath. This city is set upon a river like Niola Dra, and even bestrides it. Further, it is of an advanced style of architecture which I would think reflects the more advanced Suel material culture during the migrations. Minas Tirith is too much a mountain citadel to really fit in my opinion.
