Reptile God, Earth Dragon, and FR-style Cults of the Beast

Forgotten Realms includes a crazy amount of published material, and I find that some of it adapts well to Greyhawk.
The Cults of the Beast, which Greenwood introduced with the FR pantheon in Down to Earth Divinity (Dragon #54, 1981)are one of my fave little bits of the Realms.
For those not familiar, these are cults that worship monsters and beast spirits/gods. They are presented as being outside the ordinary range of worship in civilized lands. You find such cults among barbarians, denizens of lost cities, creepy isolated villagers, sylvan races, and secret societies.
Noble lion god, unicorn goddess, beholders, dinosaurs, a flying sword, a singing skull, demonic bear, Lolth, various Melnibonean animal gods, etc.

Greyhawk has the Earth Dragon and the Cult of the Reptile God. Any others? I'm thinking of:

1 not on the list of common gods of the Central Flanaess (the big list from the WoG box, reprinted with some additions in later materials)

    2 a beast/monster or other non-humanoid thing

3 worshiped by humans, demihumans, or humanoids

4 may be a god, spirit, demon prince, concept, big monster, whatever

5 clerics or shamans or witch-doctors of the cult can cast spells

Get your hands on "Monster Mythology." There might be some stuff in there you might like.

I doubt there is much to add to Rasgon's list, but I believe some reference mentions that Dragotha has a cult that worships him.

*The "Snake Lord" in GotF p14.
    *The Suel Snake Goddess.
*The Faranth god in Dungeon 83, p14.
*Huhueteotl - Lord of Fire in Dungeon 84
*Nameless Lacothah and Torhoon gods in Dungeon 77.
*Immshin, Master of Winds (aspect of Obad-Hai or demigod or elemental lord) in Dungeon 94.
*The Flame Lord in Dungeon 82.
*Ravanna, god of rakshasas, Dungeon 73 and elsewhere.
    *Vecna's serpent patron/Mok'slyk.
*Llerg has a very close relationship with several beasts and animals.
*Raxivort briefly became a beast god when TSR's OOP policies made Xvarts unmentionable in 1992.
*Olidammara could have a weird turtle sub-cult :)
*Karaan the Beast God in the Book of Vile Darkness.
*Vesperian, patron of desmodus, bats, owls, vampires, and nocturnal fliers in the GH-lite Deep Horizon.

Lots of stuff in early 3e Dungeon Magazine, Castle Castle incarnations, Kuntz's post-TSR works (Ice Grave, Dark Druids, etc), and Jim Ward's FFE material.
