So in the Flaness, if anyone is caught fighting unarmed are they assumed to be of the Scarlet Brotherhood, with all the rights and privileges thereof?
In other words, are there other schools of monkdom sprinkled around without me adding more in, and would it be a major addition to the setting if I did?
As in maybe I'd be motivated to write up a monk school about them?
