One of the founders of our hobby and one of the most unsung contributors to Dungeons & Dragons, Len Lakofka has passed away at the age of 76.
Along with the many adventures, classes, spells, and rules he created, Len was also father of the Suel in Greyhawk, designer of their gods, and namesake of the Lendore Isles.
The value of his work goes without saying, but his presence will be sorely missed. The adventures of Leomund go on.
Also, trying to remember the name of a TV Limited series that featured a bow named Elb Which shot exploding arrows and a bad guy who drove around in a chariot throwing exploding javelins.

-I think I remember the young guy on the run with the exploding arrows. Mid-80s time frame.
How could I forget "Hawk the Slayer"? The elf therein was easily the prototype for the cinematic version of Legolas Peter Jackson later used.
It has been a while since I had a DVD account with Netflix, but the last time I did, Hawk the Slayer was available. I think I rented it about two years ago. _________________ My campaigns are multilayered tapestries upon which I texture themes and subject matter which, quite frankly, would simply be too strong for your hobbyist gamer. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Mp7Ikko8SI
