If you can find copies I think they can be bought on drivethrurpg or somewhere else to legally buy Living Greyhawk Journal has articles in issues 1 and 4 on the area.
And do not forget there are a ton of articles here on Canonfire about Saltmarsh, Seaton, and the region in general. Use any or all of them to supplement whatever campaigning you do in this area. Frankly, some of the materials posted here are equal to or better than a lot of published official stuff, so go through the articles sections and you will a ton of usable information.
