Reddit tips for Ghosts of Saltmarsh

Some decent tips from Reddit for running Ghosts of Saltmarsh by GH fan on their HikingMotherF@rker.

https://www.reddit.com/r/GhostsofSaltmarsh/comments/znu4mp/1st_ed_saltmarsh_trilogy_vs_5e_ghost_of_saltmarsh/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmfmpm

For Ghosts of Saltmarsh in particular (some of these are fandom links btw):

Post on Greyhawk history for Saltmarsh:

Scroll into thread for nice regional mapped marked

5 Reasons to visit Keoland is great.

If you can find copies I think they can be bought on drivethrurpg or somewhere else to legally buy Living Greyhawk Journal has articles in issues 1 and 4 on the area.

My favorite map of Gradsul:

My favorite map of Monmurg (great place for the Styes):

Savage Tides pdf from paizo directly on Sasserine:

https://paizo.com/dungeonissues/SavageTide/SavageTide_HR.pdf

I kind of like this map for Seaton:

Angleburg is actually detailed in a 2e module called Monstorous Arcana Evil Tide.

I am going to buy it off of DMsguild. It is like $5.

Oh and I even found Redshore Island it is in Dungeon Magazine #92 available on paizo!

I think I am almost ready for my own GoS campaign.

Canonfire Articles

And do not forget there are a ton of articles here on Canonfire about Saltmarsh, Seaton, and the region in general. Use any or all of them to supplement whatever campaigning you do in this area. Frankly, some of the materials posted here are equal to or better than a lot of published official stuff, so go through the articles sections and you will a ton of usable information.

Great collection of links. I too find that Monmurg map compelling.

Has Pluffet Smedger posted his maps of Monmurg and its environs?

And not only articles, but forum posts. For example, my Campaign Journal, Posts 1-45 or so.
