    Greyhawk Adventurers Atlas - Appendices

Several useful additions to the Adventurer’s Atlas for adventure tracking and campaign creation, including:

    • A master list of adventures sorted by module code and party experience level.
    • A master list of adventures sorted by geographic location.
    • A collection of links and research sources for online items referred to in the atlas.

The appendices to the Adventurer’s Atlas contain several useful additions for adventure tracking and campaign creation. The first two sections are master lists of all of the adventures plotted in the atlas maps. In Appendix I the adventures are sorted by module code and party experience level to allow the DM to put together a comprehensive campaign listing for game play. This appendix updates and supersedes the Greyhawk Modules by Level chart currently hosted at Canonfire.

Appendix II sorts the adventures by geographical location, which can be used to plot the physical area covered by a campaign. Alternately, if the campaign is free-form, the geographic listings will be useful in keeping the DM apprized of what adventures already exist for use in neighboring states should the characters happen to wind up in a given locale.

Finally, Appendix III is an exhaustive listing of online sources. Many of the adventures and scenarios used in the atlas entries are drawn from fan-created works from the Internet. The links given in this appendix are for research purposes, to allow those interested access to the original materials. The appendix lists current links for as many of the atlas source materials as is possible. It also gives research methods and suggestions for tracking down sources that are no longer actively maintained online.

Braggi, that is some very useful information!  Thanks for all the time and effort that I know you had to devote to such an extensive project.

I especially appreciate the geographic locations index.  That makes it a simple task for me to find out which published adventures exist for the area of the WoG that my campaign is currently taking place in.

I see that, though the Savage Tide adventure path modules are listed as taking place on, or near, the Isle of Dread, The Isle of Dread module itself isn't listed.  Why not?

Oh, and I noticed that Into the Vesve is included in this index.  When can we expect it to be available? ;)

The original OD&D Isle of Dread module is not listed because it is actually part of the Known World/Mystara campaign, whereas the Savage Tide version of the adventure is Greyhawk-specfic. (Notes to that effect are included in the entry on the Amedio, but that is covered in section 11 of the atlas. So it will take a little time to get online.)

Note also that the information given in the appendices here are for the atlas as a whole. I wanted to make sure they were online from the beginning. This way folks don't get lost or frustrated at the number of references I make to the appendices in the atlas text.

As for QMG2, it is progressing. I wanted to get this online first, since it is something that has been percolating for almost a decade *and* there is no official development for GH going on at the moment. Thus, the likelihood of things getting invalidated by new canon is pretty much zero for the moment. That allows me to get this series out in a timely manner.

Anyways, once the atlas is up, QMG2 - Into the Vesve is next on the list.

Well, this atlas will definitely be in demand. The main thing is that everyone here seems quite thought out. I actually started out with applications to better understand strukutru, opportunities and the amount of information in the atlas. so .. hmm - it's great. It a pleasure to use
