Popular consensus is that King Belvor came to power and assumed the throne in 537 CY which would make him 13 at the time since he was 61 ( biologically 49) in 585 CY as per the Marklands. 540 CY might be a better year for your campaign.

His only son and heir Prince Thrommel was engaged to Lady Jolene of Veluna the leader of the Celestial Order and the daughter of the Plar of Veluna when he disappeared in 573 CY. Divinations strongly suggest he is no longer among the living Cy 591. The return of his remains to Furyondy or Veluna would probably result in a sizeable reward. The return of a living prince would surely result in an even more sizable reward.

A LG level 16 Paladin of Heironeous as of 591 CY King Belvor's basic statistics would appear something like this:

Human Male, 6'2", age 67 (Biologically age 55) with short brown graying hair, blue-green eyes and a strong jawline. A wise and cunning king, well able to master the the intricacies of political dealings with his nobles.

The king is a vigorous man, enjoying hunting, archery and jousting who has not remarried. He may seek a dynastic marraige with Viscount Luther Derwent's daughter Gyneren age 37 a fine political match unfortunately Luther is a surly man the king detests and his daughter is not an appealing prospect either.

    St 16 Dex 14 Con 16 Int 17 Wis 17 Char 18
    Hit Points 135

As the King of Furyondy he has access to many magical items. Even in court settings the king usually wears his rings of free action and mind shielding along with his cloak of displacement.

The king also has access to numerous counselors and spell casters like Garaeth Heldenster the LG High Priest of Heironeous level 16 Cleric who is deeply devoted to him and considers him one of the finest kings of Furyondy in generations.

He also has his own wizards. His Council of Four led by Master Elementalist of Fire (Evocation style magics) Karzalin N (NG) level 19 Wizard and his three colleagues.

Interesting article. I've had a King Belvor in my home campaign for years and years. We updated him to v.3.5 recently. I include him without equipment for issues of space and purity of statistics.

I don't have my copy of Fate of Istus with me, but Belvor is described therein for 2E. I don't remember if they give stats or not. I remember thinking that he was curiously young given the supposed date of the module. Who can verify this for us?

I like what CastleMike has written, however it is not easy to follow along with, as written. A little more organization would benefit this article, as would reasoning.
You say that it is popular consensus as well as per Marklands that gives Belvor accension to the throne at 537. Why offer the option of 540? Does 3 years make much of a difference? I beleive it would, yet this article doesn't give reasons as to why changing the date would be helpful to a campaign. That is essential to an article such as this, and one that suggests that it might be better.
Personally I think that accourding to canon, and having Belvor being 13, it allows him to make some mistakes...and later make smarter descsions based upon those younger mistakes.
As part of the uneasiness to follow, I would suggest menitioning Prince Thrommel after mentioning the King's history and stats. As it is, it goes from Belvor's early age and kingship to Thrommel then to Belvor being a high level paladin. This is just something that I believe would make the article easier to follow as well as allow the reader to understand where the Prince fits into Belvors life.
In a similiar vein, the wizards...named the council of four, you give the main wizard but not the others. This information seems to be included not for clairity or as further important information, but as filler. If further developed, this could be included, provided further information and how it is and what it is that they do for him. Same with the counselors, and why it is that Garaeth favors him so much. I'd also mention something about his advisors from his early age, and how he was so much younger than them...like maybe it is Garaeth that is one of those advisors, and togeather they went out and defeated evil in the lands.

I rate this article a 2 out of 5 stars for its lack of clarity, creativity and organization. I'd love to see what editon his stats are from...yes there is a difference. I'd love to re-review the article if it is re-written.

That's why the Wake Forest team is innovating a new penis reconstruction method, through which cis men whose penises have been injured (including combat veterans) or who were born with congenital abnormalities will hopefully be able to achieve erection naturally. air max [www.nikeairmaxfreedom.com"] Here's how it works: Scientists remove cells from a donor penis, so all that's left is a collagen "scaffold" onto which they "seed" cells taken from what remains of the penis recipient's genitalia.
