In my introduction, I mentioned that there were a couple of things I wouldn't have included myself, in hindsight. The steel wall is certainly the most important, but I'm also a little uncomfortable with the grand tour of Acererak's domain and Sulm. I generally try to resist that type of "let's touch all the bases" approach nowadays.
That said, I decided to leave the document completely unedited in the interest of showing it how it was five and a half years ago.
