Well now... awhile back I had began work on Rel Astra as a city, including mapping, history, and a 100% fleshing. However, my free time has since been taken over by a count of other projects, not least of all the maintanence of CF!
So, this is just a little excerpt from the history I had written for my Rel Astra project, most of which beyond the lands of canon (or before it's time.)
At any rate, I doubt It'll get finished anytime soon...
