A lot of Shattered Circle, no Sunless Citadel. The rest comes from the FastPlay stuff that was released just before 3E and the Old Thunder Rift stuff for Basic+ D&D before it was converted to AD&D.
A bit shocking, but when kept on a short leash Jeff Grubb writes some really useful minor background bits. (That's the FastPlay stuff.)
The Thunder Rift background is by Colin McComb, and contains a lot that could be easily twisted into CthuluHawk material.
And then I threw College of Wizardy in because I could.
Should Montand decide to edit them, or should I ever have absolutely nothing else to do, additional campaign background notes exist for this. But between LG and everything else, it would take a group forming just for me to run it again for it to ever go anywhere else.
